Edo Bench

Edo bench is a hallway bench with storage space. The brief was to create an affordable small wooden bench that would fit in small spaces without compromising on quality. I decided to create a light looking design with a floating shelf. The idea was to create graphic connections like the distinct notch under the seat for a Japanese look.
